Vita Risk Solutions Manager of the Month Awards: October 2022

Premier Division

Our Pitching In Isthmian Performance of the Month award for October takes us on a trip along the M11, where we end up at Bishop’s Stortford, home of Blues boss Steve Smith. Steve’s side had a magnificent October, unbeaten not only in the Pitching In Isthmian League but in all competitions, as well as conceding only one goal along the way.

Many congratulations to Steve, and to all at the R&D Advisors UK Stadium.

North Division

Brentwood Town spent October soaring up the Pitching In Isthmian North table, taking their expected place amongst the most highly-fancied clubs. They did it in style, winning every match to pick up maximum points against Coggeshall Town, Basildon United-twice, Great Wakering Rovers and Witham Town, and they’ve earned manager Rod Stringer our award in the process.

South Central Division

Westfield had a fine October, and went unbeaten in the League to find themselves just outside the top five. Manager Simon Lane takes the plaudits for a month which saw his side defeat Tooting & Mitcham United, South Park and Thatcham Town, and draw with Bedfont Sports.

South East Division

Ashford United boss Tommy Warrilow is our October winner for the Pitching In Isthmian South East Division. His high-flying Nuts and Bolts had an unbeaten October, with only Hythe Town getting as much as a point. Sittingbourne, Three Bridges, Cray Valley PM and Littlehampton Town all found themselves vanquished, as United try to gain a surely-deserved promotion after two successive Play Off Final defeats (albeit three years apart). Many congratulations to Tommy, and to his green and white army.
