Herne Bay bring in Ebbsfleet midfielder on loan

Herne Bay yesterday announced the arrival of midfielder Mike West on loan from Ebbsfleet United. Mike will remain at the club until the end of the season, which may be extended if they can force their way into the Play Off's.

Mike was a youth with Ebbsfleet before moving on to the first team and then being picked up by Crewe Alexandra. He spent time at Hereford United on loan before moving back to Kent and United, and then played for Whitehawk when they were a National League South side, and Chelmsford City.

An Isthmian spell at Kingstonian came next, fifteen matches and one goal during 2017-18, before time back in National League South with Eastbourne Borough, and another brief Isthmian spell, five games with Tonbridge Angels during their most recent promotion season.

He was back at Ebbsfleet in the summer of 2020.
