Westfield sign a policeman

Westfield this evening announced the signing of Met Police forward Sean McCormack.

McCormack first came to our attention at Walton Casuals during their promotion winning 2017-18 season, when he made twenty six appearances for Anthony Gale's men on loan from Maidenhead United- scoring seven goals. Last season he made a number of appearances for Egham Town on loan during the first half of the season, and then had a further loan at Bedfont Sports, making fifteen appearances and scoring two goals.

He moved to Imber Court in the summer, and has made a number of appearances- including in the FA Cup defeat against Horsham- but has now gone straight into Westfield's side to face Chalfont St Peter in the Velocity Trophy this evening. At the time of writing another Met Police loanee, Hani Berchiche, has already scored two goals for the Saints!
