Kingstonian director Malcolm Winwright has been appointed as co-chairman at the Ryman Premier club alongside Mark Anderson and John Fenwick.
The K's announced on Thursday that Winwright, pictured, would join them at the helm in a new triumvirate following a recent board meeting at Kingsmeadow.
The businessman and long term fan was joint chairman at Jack Goodchild Way with Anderson from 2006 to 2011 and will share the day-to-day responsibilities with his co-chairman.
Fenwick said: "With a small main board of three directors and shared responsibilities, this is a logical step and reflects Malcolm’s important role in the future development of the club."
