Abbotts forced to move fixture due to storm damage

Storm Eleanor takes its toll on Capershotts

Waltham Abbey have been forced to move Saturday's fixture with Potters Bar Town to the Pakex Stadium, home of the Scholars, after storm Eleanor took its toll on their Capershotts stadium.

The Abbotts, who sit in ninth place in the North Division table after a great run recently, saw their good form come to an end at Haringey Borough last night and then woke up this morning to find that the overnight gale force winds had severely damaged their ground.

Our best wishes go to all at Capershotts, and we very much hope that things will be back to normal as soon as possible.
