Ryman League Premier Division

Billericay Town made it three draws from their opening six matches in the Ryman Premier after a 2-2 draw at Grays Athletic on Sunday afternoon, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

The Blues, relegated from Conference South last season, took a 20th minute lead through Ricky Sappleton.

Grays, who were three divisions below Billericay this time last year and have started the campaign well with four wins, equalised 10 minutes into the second half with a Chuck Duru effort.

Joao Carlos gave the home side the lead seven minutes later but with with 14 minutes remaining, James Robinson earned Craig Edwards' side a share of the spoils.
