Transfer Deadline Day: Oaks bring in National League- and Canvey Island- forward

Sevenoaks Town yesterday signed forward Kyle De Silva from Canvey Island.

De Silva only made a couple of appearances for the Gulls, in defeat to Coggeshall Town and Heybridge Swifts, but spent much of this season at a much higher level, turning out in the National League for another Kent club, Bromley.

The player, originally from Croydon, started his career at Crystal Palace, spending some time on loan at Barnet. He later joined Notts County, and then moved to Holland, playing for FC Eindhoven- not to be confused with PSV- before returning to the UK, and Bromley, in the summer.
