Trawler Boys in financial difficulty

The Board of Lowestoft Town have today released a statement confirming that the clubs financial situation is 'near critical.'

They state that the players and coaching staff have not received their expected February salary, and that Directors have been putting their personal cash into the club to keep heads above water, but that they are 'now near a position where we are unable to put further funds into the club.'

They will release a further statement and arrange a supporter meeting in the near future.
