Worthing forced to temporarily close their ground

Pitch problems cause Worthing woe

Worthing FC have been forced to reverse their first two home matches- against Leatherhead and Thurrock- and may yet need to play a number of their future home matches at Bognor Regis Town, after their 3G pitch failed three FIFA quality test inspections. Next Tuesday's scheduled match with Leatherhead has been moved to Wednesday at Fetcham Grove, whilst Thurrock will host the Mackerelmen on Friday 25th August.
