A Hastings trio

By Ian Townsend

Nikolai Krokhin and Eliot Jenks are new at Hastings United- Sam Adams returns

Hastings United announced three new arrivals on transfer deadline day- although one of them wasn't really all that new!

Nikolai Krokhin first came to our attention with Carshalton Athletic- but only seems to have played once- before moving on to Tooting & Mitcham United, where he made twenty eight appearances during 21-22 and another thirty six last season, when he was also first team captain. The defender joined Cheshunt in the summer, and has also played in the SCEFL this season for K Sports.

Former Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Eliot Jenks has most recently been with Pitching In Isthmian South East promotion chasers Lancing, where he has played seven times and scored once.

Eliot came through the ranks at the Seagulls, joining them when he was still in single digits, playing at every age group up to the Under 18's, and signing on as a first year professional during 21-22. He left the Premier League club in the summer of 2023.

Midfielder Sam Adams is already a United legend, making more than six hundred appearances for the club. He rejoins on a dual registration deal from SCEFL side Lydd Town.
