A new defender at Summers Lane

Wingate and Finchley had some rather large shoes to fill after club legend Sean Cronin departed for Cheshunt- and it was a former Cheshunt man who came in to fill them.

Chris Forino-Joseph spent last season with Colchester United, but previously played for the Ambers Under 18 side. He spent his formative years with Brentford, leaving Griffin Park when the Academy was closed down.

He made his debut from the bench in yesterday's home hammering against Merstham, but his side were already four goals down by then.
