A pair for Regent

Brightlingsea Regent brought in two new signings last week, and gave both their debuts from the bench in Saturday's home draw with Margate.

Mohamed Abukar came in from South Park. He'd only been with the Sparks since mid November and played only twice, after coming in from Northwood. The midfielder previously turned out for Walton Casuals and Banstead Athletic.

Elwin Lartey moved across from Harlow Town. The defender was a Hendon youth player before moving to Harrow Borough last season. He joined the Hawks in the summer and made twenty two appearances, the last coming in the draw with Ashford Town on January 25th.
