A Taank for the Moatsiders

Shyam Taank makes Merstham debut

Merstham had a new face in their squad as they lost at Cray Valley PM in midweek, Bromley defender Shyam Taank coming in on loan.

Centre back Shyam was making his second Isthmian debut of the season, as he's already had a loan spell with South Central side South Park, which saw him make six appearances and experience defeat only once.

He has otherwise been playing for the Under 21 side at Hayes Lane, where he signed a professional deal in the summer.

Prior to his time at Bromley he came through the Academy at Swindon Town, but whilst with the Robins he managed to navigate his way through the Magic Roundabout and play on loan at Wantage Town.
