A trio for Stow

By Ian Townsend

Bradley Byrne, Dylan Kirk and Jack Ladbrook all join Stowmarket Town- each of them from AFC Sudbury

Stowmarket Town yesterday added a touch of yellow to proceedings, bringing in a trio of talent from AFC Sudbury. Each of them have been part of the Yellows successful Under 18 squad.

Bradley Byrne, a centre back, is first up (if we use alphabetical order!). He made his debut for the first team in the last game of the regular season, playing in defeat against Great Wakering Rovers. Dylan Kirk, a winger, made double the first team appearances of Bradley- yes, he played twice! He also featured in that game against Rovers, and earlier in the campaign emerged from the bench as the Yellows defeated Bury Town three-nil in the FA Cup.

Jack Ladbrook, another defender, was the captain of that Under 18 side. He hasn't yet made a first team debut, but it very highly rated.

The three players were part of the side which won the Suffolk U18s Midweek Cup for the seventh time in a row recently.
