Akintunde new at the Woods

Prior to Saturday's victory over Merstham Pitching In isthmian South Central leaders Northwood announced the signing of Uxbridge forward Juwon Akintunde, and threw him straight into the fray as they came from behind to pick up another three points.

Juwon had scored two goals in seven Uxbridge appearances this season, adding to the eleven in thirty nine he managed last season. He previously played for Aylesbury United, Harrow Borough, Chalfont St Peter and East Grinstead Town, and earlier in his career turned out for Queens Park Rangers and Brentford at youth level.
