Ambers sign...almost everyone

SEVEN arrivals at Cheshunt

Cheshunt, who have won only one of their last six Premier Division fixtures, have taken steps to arrest their slide by strengthening their squad. The club announced seven new arrivals yesterday, as they prepare to host Lewes today.

First up was a striker from Maidstone United, Ayuk Tarh. He joined United in the summer after a successful trial, and had previously played mainly in France. He made his Maidstone debut against Wealdstone on 31st August.

Next in came Leon Lalor-Dell from Corinthian-Casuals. Leon made seven appearances for Casuals this season, scoring one goal. The forward ended last season with Tooting & Mitcham United, and played for Chipstead during 2017-18, and for both the Terrors and the Chips the season before.

Serge Erkarslan comes in from Harlow Town, where he has made three appearances and has spent most of his time on the bench since joining the Hawks in July. A former Spurs academy player, he has also spent time at Potters Bar Town.

Striker Reniq Senior and midfielder Darius Ghinea come in from the Chelsea Academy College. Reniq is a former Hackney Wick Under 16 player, whilst Darius was with Chelmsford City.

Midfielder Amadou Kassarate returns to the club after playing professionally in the Czech Republic. Amadou was another Spurs youth, and has also played in Scotland for Stanraer and Dumbarton, as well as in Greece for Thesprotos.

Finally, defender Bengt Anders Eriksson arrives from Sweden. We don't know anything else about him, and on this occasion google hasn't been our friend- but we look forward to finding out more!
