Freddie Agyemang, Tom Stephen, Harrison Day and Ricky Modeste are Beachboys once more

Concord Rangers have announced the return of three familiar faces, as Freddie Agyemang, Tom Stephen  and Ricky Modeste return to the club.

Freddie was last seen winning promotion with Harlow Town, and prior to that was scoring goals a-plenty with Barkingside- but he did have a spell with Haringey Borough last season, playing eleven times and scoring two goals. He has also played for SC Thamesmead, and was with Rangers during 23-24, when he scored three goals in thirteen appearances.

Defender Tom was part of the Brentwood Town side which reached the North Division Play Off Final during the 22-23 season, and he played twenty one times after joining the Blues. He also played in their opening day win at Redbridge last season, before heading to Canvey Island for 24-25, where he played forty five times.

Prior to his time with Brentwood Tom played for Aveley, making forty five appearances as they won promotion to National League South at the end of the 22-23 season, a few weeks after lifting our Velocity Cup. He made fifty nine appearances for the Millers in total, and scored three goals.

He was with Bowers and Pitsea as they reached our Premier Division for the first time, and indeed appeared at the Len Salmon from 2018-19 to 21-22, also playing a part in their run to the FA Cup First Round, appearing in that narrow defeat against Lincoln City.

He also played for East Thurrock United, Concord Rangers, Hornchurch and Redbridge.

Ricky left Rangers in March 2024, swapping the seaside for the bright lights of the Lantern Stadium, heading to Pitching In Isthmian Premier rivals Potters Bar Town. He joined Rangers in the summer of 2022, when they were still a National League South club, and made twenty four appearances during the 23-24 season, scoring three goals.

He made eight appearances for Potters Bar, and then spent last season with Saffron Walden Town.

Ricky played youth football for the likes of Charlton Athletic and Arsenal, but it was at Chelmsford City that he first came to our attention, also spending some loan time at Witham Town. He moved onto Dover Athletic, helping the club to promotion from National League South and to establish themselves in non league's top flight, as well as playing a big part in their run to the Third Round of the FA Cup in 2014-15, when they defeated Morecambe and Cheltenham Town before finally losing to Crystal Palace. He was part of the Billericay Town side which took our Premier Division title in 2017-18, playing fifty four times across the campaign and scoring twelve goals, before a return to Dover. He went on to play also for Dartford and Tonbridge Angels.

He has played international football for Grenada.

Harrison Day returns to the club.

Forward Harrison signed for Dagenham and Redbridge last summer. He had three loan spells on our patch last season, playing eight times and scoring once for Billericay Town,  playing twenty two times with seven goals for Hashtag United, and playing ten times for Tilbury, scoring twice.

During the 23-24 season he was perhaps the brightest light in a rather dreary campaign for Concord Rangers. He scored nineteen goals in his forty one appearances (both the Daggers and the Blues give a different number, but we take our stats from those added to FWP by Rangers).

He was previously with Catholic United.
