Harrison Day, Jaden Crowhurst, Nathan Koranteng, Freddie Buers and Joseph Whitney join Hashtag United

Hashtag United have announced a large collection of new arrivals.

Harrison Day makes a move from Concord Rangers, where his forty three appearances last season brought eleven goals. He spent the 24-25 campaign with Dagenham and Redbridge, but had three loan spells on our patch, playing eight times and scoring once for Billericay Town,  playing twenty two times with seven goals for the Tags, and playing ten times for Tilbury, scoring twice.

During the 23-24 season he was perhaps the brightest light in a rather dreary campaign for Concord Rangers. He scored nineteen goals in his forty one appearances.

He was previously with Catholic United.

Jaden Crowhurst makes a move from Sittingbourne, where he played forty times last season.

Defender Jaden was part of the Southend United first team squad on occasions during the 22-23 season, but with the club in turmoil and under an embargo at the time they were unable to offer him a new deal, and during the summer of 2023 he chose Canvey Island  to continue his career. He made thirty six appearances for the club, then had a spell at Walton and Hersham before becoming a Gull once more in November 2024.

Whilst with Southend her had loan spells at Great Wakering Rovers, then in our North Division, and higher up the pyramid with National League South sides Tonbridge Angels and Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Nathan Koranteng started his career at Peterborough United, and has also played for Woking, Boreham Wood, Tonbridge Angels, Aveley, Cheshunt, Harlow Town and East Thurrock United. More recently, however, he has become something of a Waltham Abbey legend. Last season brought thirty eight appearances for the full back, and three goals, but he was also an Abbott for the entirety of this decade, and it will be rather strange to see him turning out in a new shirt as his former club move to Pitching In Southern Division One Central.

Freddie Buers was previously with Watford. He joined the Hornets Academy in January 2024 on an eighteen month deal after departure from Kings Langley. The forward also played youth football for both Southend United and West Ham United, and signed for Kings in March 2023, very quickly making a big impression. He had a spell at Potters Bar Town during 24-25, playing five times, and last season played thirty three times for Concord Rangers, scoring three goals.

Keeper Joseph Whitney makes a move from Bowers and Pitsea, where he played forty two times last season. Still something of a youngster, Joseph made his senior debut aged only sixteen, for Heybridge Swifts, keeping a clean sheet in a goalless draw against Felixstowe and Walton United. He played for the Academy at Southend United and also played youth football for Bowers. He has also spent time in the USA on a scholarship.

He played eight times for the Len Salmon side in our top flight during 24-25.
