Goals galore as Uxbridge get eight and Farnham six

Southall score five, Hartley four, Harrow three- whilst Hayes and Rovers are also victorious on South Central Saturday
Leaders Farnham Town knew that closest rivals Kingstonian had seen their match postponed, so they travelled to South Park reigate hoping to create a six point lead at the top. They went ahead eleven minutes before half time, Great Evans with the opener, and in first half added time doubled their lead, Jordan Stepney putting some daylight between them and their hosts. Ten minutes into the second half Tom Collins pulled a goal back for the hosts, but that simply provoked the savage beast, and goodness, weren’t they savage! Jordan Gallagher made it three and then four, Owen Dean added a fifth fifteen minutes from time, and with a minute left Jack Marney got a sixth. Six points is indeed the lead Town hold at the top.

Ascot United, in third place at kick off, hosted a Christmas party as well as Guernsey, letting everyone in for free. Santa Claus was also in attendance, and he may have inspired the Yellas to give away presents, as the Green Lions charged into a three-nil half time lead, Matt Loaring, Ross Allen and Loaring again doing the damage. If the match looked won, it certainly wasn’t, and perhaps Krampus (kind of an anti-Santa) wielded some punishment in the home changing room at the break, as they somehow earned a point with three goals of their own in the second half. Substitute Ben Harris got the first of those, with only fifteen minutes to go, and then two minutes later he got another- but it looked like the visitors had held on. They hadn’t. Five minutes into added time Khalid Simmo popped up with his third goal in three matches to earn his side a point.
Hartley Wintney played host to Moneyfields, and looked to have the points sewn up by half time. The Row have been in particularly good form were looking for a fourth consecutive win, and goals from Tyler Hayles, Conor Lynch and Seb Karczewski put them three up at the break. Twelve minutes into the second half the Moneys went down to ten men, Harry Sargeant dismissed, and soon afterwards George Winser made it four-nil, which was how it ended. Hartley Wintney are up to third.
Hanworth Villa took their five match wining streak on the road, but not very far- Southall their hosts. The Villains took only two minutes to go ahead, Manny Parry opening the scoring, but The All were level half an hour later, Brendan Matthew taking his tally for the season up to eleven, and that Villa winning streak came to a crushing end after the break as the hosts scored four more. Matthew made it two on fifty six minutes, and then the closing stages saw The All go rather goal crazy, Lanseny Traore adding a third, Christian Mulindwa scoring a fourth in added time, and Matthew completing a hat trick for five-one with five extra minutes played. The All are into the top ten, Villa slip to sixth.
What a first half Uxbridge had as Horndean came to call. First, George Moore scored after just five minutes- his fourteenth of the season- and Andrio Brandao quickly made it two. Just before the half hour the Deans saw Zack Willett dismissed along with their chances, and just before the break Moore made it three, and there was still time for Ada Okorogheye to add a fourth before the half time whistle went. The second half saw more of the same, Moore completing his hat trick for the fifth, Alex Witham adding a sixth from the spot with seventeen minutes remaining, Leo Decabo scoring a seventh six minutes later, and Okorogheye adding an eighth six minutes from time. Uxbridge go fifth.
Harrow Borough had a fairly perfect first half at bottom side Badshot Lea, and went in three goals to the good as a consequence. Keegan Bloom opened the scoring on twenty six minutes, and he must have rather enjoyed it, because only ten minutes later he did it again. In added time just before the break Stephan Langley added a third, and then the Baggies finally came to life. Just before the hour Finlay Evans got a goal back from the spot, and with nineteen minutes remaining an own goal made it two-three. Five minutes from time Borough keeper Andrew McCorkell saw red, but the Baggies couldn’t find a way to get an equaliser. Borough are eighth, Badshot Lea twelve points from safety.
Hayes and Yeading United and Ashford Town met at the Skyex, and after a goalless first half the hosts made a breakthrough just before the hour, Kaylen Hinds with the goal. On seventy one minutes Adrian Clifton held his nerve from the spot to make it two, his sixteenth of the campaign, but the Tangerines got a goal back five minutes from time, Alex Paine the scorer. In added time the visitors went down to ten men, and their hopes of salvaging a point departed with Rhys Paul. United are seventh, Town nine points from safety.
Westfield welcomed Raynes Park Vale, and the Woking Park side will have been delighted with their first half performance, as Caleb Wright on seven minutes and Manolis Goganis on twenty two ensured they had a two goal lead at the break. The second half, however, will have left them less delighted, as Vale halved the arrears with only four minutes left, Kyen Nicholas with the goal, an event that was quickly followed by a red card for home sub Sekou Toure. Three minutes into added time Vale grabbed a point, Dan Berry with the equaliser.
Sutton Common Rovers had only one win in ten as they hosted Leatherhead, but they went ahead against the Tanners on twenty minutes, Luke Ige with the opener. They had a long time to hold onto that lead, but hold onto it they did, and they open up a four point gap between themselves and the bottom four, albeit having played more matches.
