Hendon hero Dave is new at Sports

Bedfont Sports have announced the arrival of Hendon hero Dave Diedhiou.

Dave departed Hendon earlier this season after making a rather incredible five hundred and thirty nine appearances and scoring seventy one goals across two spells with the club. He was, as they explained, ‘the last Hendon player to score at Claremont Road in September 2008, and a key member of the two sides that went so close to promotion in 2015 and again in 2018.’

In between his two spells with the greens he played for St Albans City, and most recently he has played five times in the Combined Counties League for Shepherd's Bush.
