Okolie swaps Cambridge United for a brief life as a Jockey

Newmarket Town have brought in Cambridge United forward Samuel Okolie on loan.

Sam, a Seychelles international despite only being seventeen years old, is a Wingate and Finchley success story, playing youth football for the Blues before being spotted and signed by United in the summer of 2024.

We were about to say that this was his first experience of the senior game, but we suspect that playing international football counts as senior!
