Tanners increase their lead

Leatherhead go five clear, Sarnies score five, whilst Binfield, Portchester, Hendon and Sports are also victorious
Our weekend started on Friday, and it started with another fine win for Binfield, who defeated promotion-chasing Hayes and Yeading United three-two. Owen Smith put the Moles ahead in the very first minute only for Liam Tack to quickly level, and although Kickie Dzimba restored the hosts lead on seventeen minutes Tack speedily levelled once more. The winner arrived ten minutes from time, Nathanael Boakye giving the hosts a third win in a row and three vital points. Only goal difference now keeps them in the bottom four.
Leaders Leatherhead were looking to return to winning ways as they travelled to Harrow Borough, and they broke the deadlock on thirty eight minutes, Jacob Breckon with his eleventh of the campaign. Deep in first half added time the Tanners had a second, Cameron Black doubling the lead. The second half provides no further goals, but that’s enough for Leatherhead to go five points clear.
Hanworth Villa were on the road to Littlehampton, and the sea air looked to be doing them good when Ben Geraghty put them ahead on twenty three minutes. Three minutes later the Villains were two up, Brandon Curtis with it, but the Golds quickly got themselves back into the match, David Herbert halving the deficit. The hosts drew level with nineteen minutes left, player-boss George Gaskin with the equaliser, and that was how it ended. Villa stay second, Littlehampton are fourteenth.
Bognor Regis Town welcomed Hendon in a green versus green battle, and the match was goalless for seventy five minutes, but not for seventy six, Jadyn Dundas putting the visitors ahead (although Hendon's social media gave it to Sam Shaban, so we await a final decision). That turned out to be the only goal, Hendon closing to within a point and a place behind their hosts.
Egham Town delivered our first South Central goal of Saturday afternoon, Connor Jeanes putting them ahead after seven minutes as they hosted Fareham Town. They added a second ten minutes later, Omar Rowe doubling the lead, and soon it was three-nil, Connor Cullen scoring from the spot. Fareham quickly got one back, Harvey Aston giving them some hope, but that hope seemed to have evaporated early in the second half as Brad Clayton added the Sarnies fourth. Fareham brought it back to four-two just after the hour, Charlie Cooper the scorer of the sixth goal of the afternoon. The seventh goal of the afternoon took only four more minutes, and it went to the hosts, Oliver Benito making it five-two, and that was that, Egham up to ninth. Fareham are seventeen points from safety.
Bedfont Sports welcomed Ascot United to the end of the runway- and Sports also welcomed the first goal of the afternoon, Jude Jakes-McKay scoring just before the hour. That wasn’t just the first goal, it was the only goal- Sports up to fifteenth.
