Boachie in Stripes

Joe Boachie signs on at Folkestone Invicta

Folkestone Invicta have announced the signing of attacking midfielder Joe Boachie from Royston Town.

Invicta fans may remember Joe, as he was previously with Kingstonian and Potters Bar Town. He made three appearances for the K's- with one goal- around this time last year, and he made thirty four appearances- with eight goals- for the Scholars during the 21-22 season, and another eight times for the Scholars last season.

In between the Scholars and the K's he spent time with Braintree Town, and has since played for Hungerford Town and Tonbridge Angels, as well as Royston.

Joe was previously with Concord Rangers, and also played for Grays Athletic, moving up from the reserves to the first team in 2016 and making three appearances before the end of the 2015-16 season. He has also turned out for Loughborough University, Dagenham & Redbridge and Stamford. Whilst at Stamford he was named in the Evo-Stik Team of the season- and had a trial with Birmingham City before injury got in the way.
