Tyrone Baker makes Brightlingsea Regent debut

Brightlingsea Regent brought in a Scholar prior to the New Years weekend, Tyrone Baker signing on after a move from Pitching In Isthmian Premier side Potters Bar Town.

Tyrone played in both the weekends fixtures, starting against Basildon United and emerging from the bench against Witham Town.

Winger Tyrone only arrived at Potters Bar at the end of October, and made five appearances for the Scholars.

He made the move to The Lantern Stadium from St Ives Town of Pitching In Southern Premier Central- but he had played Isthmian football previously. He was an Under 23 at Bowers and Pitsea before stepping up to the first team, and later played briefly for Heybridge Swifts before moving on to Basildon United. He moved to St Ives in November 2021, having already played seventeen times for the Bees that season.
