Cannons bring in Welling man

Hythe Town have announced the arrival at Reachfields of defender Aaron Barnes, who moves from National League South side Welling United.

Aaron played youth football for both Arsenal and Charlton Athletic, making a first team debut at the Valley before moving away on loan to Torquay United. He then signed for Colchester United and had more loan time with the Gulls in Devon before Dulwich Hamlet came to call. He was at Champion Hill for the two pandemic hit campaigns before his spell at Welling, where he has spent two seasons.
