Dixon back at the Pilot Field

Jack Dixon returns to Hastings United

Prior to the weekend's fixtures, Hastings United were undoubtedly delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Jack Dixon from Whitehawk.

Dixon first signed for United way back in 2008, from Rye United. In 2011 he was a big part of the side that defeated Chatham Town, Staines Town, Hitchin Town, Blackfield & Langley, Bishop's Stortford and Harrogate Town on the way to a Third Round FA Cup tie at Middlesbrough. He went on to be a great success at East Sussex rivals Lewes, before turning out for Dulwich Hamlet and then heading back to Pilot Field for the 2017-18 season- and had been there ever since, until his departure for the Hawks in the summer. He made forty four appearances last season.

He has made twenty three appearances for the Hawks, and scored five goals.

Jack made his latest Hastings debut from the bench in the draw at Concord Rangers on Saturday, and then started the draw against Cray Wanderers on new Years Day.
