Brentwood Town add Tilbury keeper Harry Girling

Brentwood Town have announced the arrival of goalkeeper Harry Girling, who makes the relatively short trip from Tilbury.

Harry has been a Docker since August 2020, and has made twenty nine appearances this season, including three against his new club- a home defeat and an away win in the League, and a penalty shootout defeat in the County Cup. He made ten appearances last season, a campaign which ended prematurely with the Dockers at the top of the Pitching In Isthmian North table.

The former Millwall goalkeeper moved to the Dockers from Cheshunt, where he made thirty five appearances during the 2019-20 campaign and exactly the same number during the Ambers promotion season in 2018-19, when he kept ten clean sheets and picked up our Golden Gloves Award.

Whilst a young keeper with the Lions, Harry also spent time on loan at Hastings United, Welling United and Leatherhead.

Fifth place Town welcome eighth place Felixstowe & Walton United tomorrow.
