Finneran new at Grays

Grays Athletic have announced the signing of defender Michael Finneran, who is returning to the club after a number of years away.

Michael started this season as he ended the last one, with Maldon & Tiptree. he made five appearances for the Jammers this season, and eighteen last season, after joining them at Christmas.

Michael was the skipper of Canvey Island's Pitching In Isthmian North promotion-winning squad during the 21-22 season. He made thirty seven appearances for the Gulls as they triumphed via the Play Off's, and made eight more appearances last season. He first became a Gull during the first pandemic-hit campaign of 2019-20.

Prior to his time with Canvey he turned out for Grays, Romford, Bowers and Pitsea and Basildon United.
