Former Yachtsman moves up to become a Trawler Boy

Josh Hazell makes a Lowestoft Town debut

Pitching In Isthmian North leaders Lowestoft Town brought in a new defender prior to Saturday's match against New Salamis- but we don't expect Josh Hazell had a great deal to do as his side won six-one! He did, however, lend a hand at the other end, scoring his sides fifth goal on his debut.

Josh was most recently with the Trawler Boys North Division rivals Wroxham- indeed his last game as a Yachtsmen was as his former side lost to his new side on November 11th. He made thirteen appearances for Wroxham this season, after being an ever present for the club last season, playing forty four times.

Josh was once on the books at Norwich City, and played youth and Under 23 football for Dereham Town, and joined the Yachtsmen after a successful period with Fakenham Town, reaching the Fourth Round of the FA Vase and the Norfolk Senior Cup Final.
