Four for K's

Kingstonian announce Jacob Bancroft, Finlay Johnson, O'Shane Stewart and Josh Ogunseye

Prior to the weekend's fixtures, Kingstonian announced four new arrivals.

Striker Jacob Bancroft joined Billericay Town in the summer, and made ten appearances, scoring one goal, before heading to Hartley Wintney.

He was a youth player at Aldershot Town and at Swindon Town, before finding his way through the Magic Roundabout and making his full debut for the latter. He then spent loan time with Salisbury, Wantage Town and Thatcham Town before moving on to Oxford City for the first time. A move to Stevenage followed, but that lasted only five months before a return to City last season.

Finlay Johnson -not to be confused with the former manager of Chalfont St Peter- is a forward who came through the youth system at Stevenage, and has also had a loan spell at Biggleswade Town. He was regularly part of the Stevenage first team squad prior to his departure from the club. His dad is former Crystal Palace, Everton and Fulham striker Andy Johnson.

O'Shane Stewart came through the Academy setup at Southend United. A vice-captain of their Merit League One title-winning squad in 2018/19, he spent time on loan at Margate, Merstham and Welling United, and made ten appearances for Canvey Island as they won promotion from Pitching In Isthmian North last season.

Josh Ogunseye has been with South East promotion-chasers Chatham Town, where he has made twenty two appearances and scored two goals, making the number seven shirt his own. The winger was previously prolific with Farnham Town, and was previously with Godalming Town and Walton & Hersham.
