Grays Athletic, who are hosting Basildon United on Saturday, would like supporters to bring some actual cash with them so that they can make a donation to the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation. They join Tottenham Hotspur, Leyton Orient, Newport County and a number of other clubs in supporting the Foundation as they try to raise awareness of cardiac arrest in the UK, and of the need for access to defibrillators.
Athletic explained:
'At our fixture with Basildon United this weekend, we will be highlighting the fantastic work that the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation have done over the last three years. Their achievements are a fitting tribute to Justin. Donate at the game if you can, or visit their website, here.'
Justin spent time as both Manager and Assistant Manager of the club.
The Foundation donates twelve defibrillators a year, delivers CPR training, and campaigns for a law to ensure that all sports and health facilities in the UK have a defibrillator.
