Bowers & Pitsea, who recorded a comfortable win over Grays Athletic. Bowers went ahead on ten minutes at the Len Salmon, Matt Price continuing to mine his rich seam of form by scoring in his fifth match in a row- his sixth Bowers goal. Athletic travelled on the back of two consecutive wins, and their confidence showed when Aron Gordon levelled five minutes before half time- but the hosts went ahead once more eight minutes after the restart, Ben Williamson their hero, and this time they held onto their advantage. With twelve minutes left they made it three, Geofrey Okonkwo making quite sure of three points.
