Highlights: Bury Town 3 Grays Athletic 1

By Ian Townsend

Town’s fine form continues- five unbeaten and eighteen goals scored- with a win over Grays

Bury Town, four games unbeaten and having scored fifteen goals during that time, welcomed Grays Athletic to OCS Ram Meadow- and quickly added yet another goal, Cemal Ramadan doing what he does best after sixteen minutes. Just after the half hour Luke Brown doubled the advantage for the hosts, and it was as good as game over when Ramadan made it three five minutes into the second half. Athletic tried to make a match of it, Kien Connolly pulling a goal back with sixteen minutes to go, but it was too little, too late. Town are ninth.
