Highlights: Grays Athletic 1 Heybridge Swifts 3

Heybridge Swifts started the weekend in fifth place, and they hit the road to take on Grays Athletic in Tilbury. Swifts were eight games unbeaten, whilst Athletic have lost their last three, so it was perhaps not a surprise when the visitors took the lead, Jack Adlington-Pile scoring after just four minutes. Athletic levelled just before the break, Kien Connolly scoring from the spot, but just after the hour former Athletic forward Sam Bantick put Swifts ahead once more. It was three-one with eighteen minutes remaining, Adlington-Pile adding another, and that was how it ended, Swifts up to fourth- a first win over Athletic in five attempts.
