Highlights: Hythe Town 2 Sheppey United 2

Hythe Town and Sheppey United met in a clash of our promotion hopefuls, and at half time it looked very much as if the Cannons had victory wrapped up, two-nil up following goals from Lex Allen and Jake Embery. The visiting Ites weren’t about to give up without a fight, however, and Dan Bradshaw quickly halved the arrears. On sixty five minutes they levelled, Frankie Del Morgan with the equaliser, and neither side could find a winner. The Ites stay fifth, Hythe six points behind them- albeit with five games in hand.
