Highlights: Wroxham 0 Lowestoft Town 2

By Ian Townsend

Five wins in a row for the Trawler Boys

Lowestoft Town made it five wins in a row- and nine from their last ten- with victory at Wroxham. It was a victory which saw the Trawler Boys have to wait for an hour to score, and then saw them play for around half an hour with ten men, but it was another three points nonetheless, and left them a point clear at the top. Harvey Sayer was the Town hero, opening the scoring on the hour and adding a second fifteen minutes later- whilst Robert Eagle picked up that red card. Notably, the match saw the end of Jake Reed’s scoring streak, the Lowestoft striker having scored in his previous nine matches- but with sixteen goals already we’re sure it won’t be long before he gets another.
