Jarra leaves Marlow for Uxbridge

Centre half moves a little nearer to London- and up two places

Marlow have announced the departure of central defender Baboucarr Jarra, who is moving on to Uxbridge.

Marlow Manager Mark Bartley explained:

"Following a seven day approach, and a perfectly amicable process of open conversations, Babz Jarra has decided to move on to Uxbridge. Although it's only been a short stay, I have nothing but admiration and appreciation for the way he has performed and conducted himself whilst he was with the club. As we all know, in football, sometimes things we'd planned and he moves on to Uxbridge with my blessing and the utmost respect for him as a player and a man.

I've no doubt he'll be an asset for any side at our level and, our matches aside, I wish him the best of luck."

Baboucarr previously played for Thatcham Town, Flackwell Heath, Windsor FC, AFC Hayes, Chalfont St Peter, Aylesbury, Swindon Supermarine, Cirencester Town, Hungerford Town, Harrow Borough and, earlier this season, Beaconsfield Town.
