K's fans help injured Rob

By Ian Townsend

Kingstonian legend Rob Tolfrey is unable to work due to injury- and supporters have launched an appeal to provide financial support

Rob Tolfrey has been an important part of the Kingstonian side for more years than we can remember, and at a difficult time in his career Kingstonian fans are trying to pay him back for his many years of service by providing him with financial support.

Rob has been missing from the K's side of late due to injury- and it is an injury which isn't only preventing him from playing football, it is also preventing him from working. He works in the roofing industry, and a ruptured bicep is not something you need when you climb ladders and scaffolding for a living.

K's fans have launched a Just Giving appeal to provide Rob with financial help whilst he returns to fitness, and already nearly two and a half thousand pounds has been raised- including a kind donation from some Haringey Borough supporters, showing that solidarity is alive and well across the League.

If you'd like to help, then the Just Giving Page can be found here. Get well soon Rob, the K's defence is not the same without you!
