Leiston defender at Gorleston

Gorleston had a new name in their defence as they lost narrowly at Heybridge Swifts on Tuesday night, Joshua Okpolokpo making a dual registration move from Pitching In Southern Premier Central side Leiston.

Josh has been in the Blues first team squad and playing for their reserves, but he's only been at Victory Road for a short time. He was originally a youth player with Ipswich Town before being snapped up by Huddersfield Town, and played Under 17 and Under 19 football with the Championship side. He has also spent time on loan at Pontefract Collieries, and has been part of the Under 19 squad for the Republic of Ireland.
