Match of the Season: Uxbridge 4 Wingate & Finchley 2

Wingate & Finchley travelled to Honeycroft to take on Pitching In Isthmian South Central Uxbridge in the FA Trophy. The Blues were in good form- scoring eight goals without reply in their previous two matches- but they went two down in this one before hitting back to level. The last few minutes were thrilling, a red card for the visitors followed by two late home goals, sending Uxbridge through to a Second Round tie with Dover Athletic. Spoiler alert- they won that one, too!
