Mendy for the Scholars

Uxbridge man Anthony Mendy moves to Potters Bar Town

Uxbridge striker Anthony Mendy has made the step up to Pitching In Isthmian Premier, signing for Potters Bar Town.

Anthony has been prolific at Honeycroft. Last season he managed nine goals in seventeen matches after rejoining the club from Haringey Borough, and he had a quite superb 2021-22, scoring twenty five goals- including a run of sixteen goals in fifteen games at the start of the campaign. His time at Borough in between those two spells saw him score eight goals in nineteen matches- although he didn't manage to score against the Scholars as his new club defeated Borough last November.

He was previously with Maidenhead United, Slough Town, Beaconsfield Town, Bedford Town, AFC Hayes, Chalfont St. Peter, Enfield Town, Marlow and Wingate & Finchley.
