Millers midfielder heads Brightlingsea way

Emmanuel Ogunrinde signs on at Brightlingsea Regent

Brightlingsea Regent have announced the loan signing of midfielder Emmanuel Ogunrinde, who moves to the seaside from National League South side Aveley.

Manny came through the Grays Academy and spent some time with Salford City before returning to his former club. He joined the Millers during the early stages (note- we never got past the early stages) of the 20-21 campaign, making seven appearances and scoring once, and went on to be an enormous part of the side that won the Pitching In Isthmian North title in 21-22, scoring nine times and making thirty nine appearances. Last season, as the Millers made it two promotions in two years after winning the Pitching In Isthmian Premier Play Off Final, he played twenty eight times, scoring twice- including the winner in a crucial match at Hornchurch in January.
