Cray Valley give a debut to Hastings loanee Finn O'Mara

Cray Valley PM signed Hastings United man Finn O'Mara on Saturday, and thrust the loan defender straight into action in their victory over Three Bridges- but sadly his day ended on a sour note as he saw red just before the end.

Finn first signed for Hastings in November of last season, initially on loan from Folkestone Invicta, before making the move permanent in January.

Finn joined Invicta from Gillingham, where he went from the youth ranks aged thirteen to the first team squad. He had two loan spells at Folkestone and signed permanently in October 2018. He made ten appearances last season, most of them from the bench, but had been a regular starter during the previous three seasons, even weighing in with a few important goals.

He played a big part in Hastings promotion last season, and has made half a dozen first team appearances this season. He signed a two year deal in January.
