Hastings United have added two as new boss Paul Barnes continues his squad building.
First in was Femi Akinwande. Forward Femi played youth football for Millwall and Dartford, and has much experience at our level and higher. His played for Tonbridge Angels and Billericay Town- both at National League South level- and he has also turned out for the likes of Stevenage, Concord Rangers, East Thurrock United and Colchester United. He was a big part of the Haringey Borough squad which reached the First Round of the FA Cup during the 2018-19 season, before finishing the Premier Division season in third place.
Last season saw him arrive at Carshalton Athletic , where he scored eleven goals in his thirty eight appearances.
Michael Phillips, a midfielder, played Under 18 and Under 21 football for Crystal Palace before joining up with Maidstone United. He went on to win National League South titles with United and with Wealdstone, before moving to Barnet in the summer of last year.
