Pitching In Isthmian Premier: Team of the Season 22-23

We've had a fine Pitching In Isthmian Premier season, with some fine individual performances- and our managers have put their heads together and come up with the best of the best to form a First XI.

I think we'd struggle to argue with any of their choices, which include two players from Champions Bishop's Stortford, three from second place Hornchurch, two from sixth place Lewes, and rather unsurprising representatives from promoted Aveley and from Play Off Semi-Finalists Canvey Island, as well as Folkestone Invicta and Billericay Town.

Particular congratulations go to Sam Higgins of Hornchurch, who not only appears in our Team of the Season but also takes the prize of Pitching In Isthmian Premier Player of the Season.
