Promotion winner Chevron back with the Ambers

Chevron McLean returns to Cheshunt

Cheshunt may have seen their scheduled match against Margate postponed due to a frozen pitch yesterday, but they did have some news to warm up their supporters- the return to the club of full back Chevron McLean.

Chevron has most recently been up the road with Potters Bar Town, but not for very long- indeed he made only four appearances. He started this season in National League South with Dover Athletic.

He spent a short time last season at Cray Wanderers, and a slightly longer time at Kingstonian (six appearances), but was an enormous part of the Ambers promotion to National League South the previous season- indeed he made forty appearances for the Ambers, including a starring role in that Final victory over Hornchurch.

Prior to the Ambers he played for Billericay Town, Maldon & Tiptree, Molesey, South Park, Staines Town and St Neots Town.
