East Thurrock United strengthened for tonight's FA trophy match against Sutton Common Rovers with the additions of Roman Michael-Percil and Sam Carter.
Roman, a winger, is very much a known quantity amongst the Rocks faithful, as he has played for the club before- making fourteen appearances during the 2018-19 campaign and scoring twice. A former Tottenham Hotspur youth player, he has played higher up the pyramid for Braintree Town and St Albans City, and has also played for Potters Bar Town, Haringey Borough, Wingate & Finchley, AFC Sudbury, New Salamis, and- most recently- Cheshunt.
Sam , a midfielder, comes in on loan from Concord Rangers, where he has been part of the first team squad after coming through the youth setup. This isn't Sam's first Isthmian experience, or even his first Pitching In Isthmian North experience, as he has had time at Heybridge Swifts- fourteen appearances last season- Great Wakering Rovers and Tilbury.
