Rocks and Reds hit the road to Trophy glory

It's FA Trophy Tuesday, and our two matches which were postponed on Saturday take place this evening.

Pitching In Isthmian Premier Bognor Regis Town have rather a long trip for a Tuesday night, as they head to National League North promotion chasers Banbury United.

United are in seventh place and in fine form, with five wins from their last six- including the six-nil hammering of our very own Stowmarket Town in the last round. The Rocks recent results have been rather more mixed, but they will have fond memories of recent Trophy success. The 2015-16 season saw them reach the Semi-Finals, and slay a number of giants along the way. Perhaps, tonight, they'll add another scalp to that list.

The winners will welcome Chesterfield or Coalville.

Pitching In Isthmian South Central Uxbridge have already slain two giants to reach this stage, the last one of those a particularly impressive win over National League South side Dover Athletic. Tonight will deliver an even bigger challenge, as they travel to face National League side Dagenham & Redbridge. The Daggers haven't played since narrow defeat against Gillingham in an FA Cup Second Round replay twelve days ago, and indeed lost their last league match too- but prior to that were in fine form. They've already taken on a Pitching In Isthmian League side this season- we were at their seven-nil win over Beckenham Town in the FA Cup in mid October.

The winners will welcome Hemel Hempstead Town or Maidenhead United in the next round.

Both matches kick off at 7.45 PM- and we send the best of luck to both of our sides.
