Soon after announcing the departure of Craig Shipman from the managerial post at the Arena, Brentwood Town announced that his replacement would be former Aveley, Wingate & Finchley and Tilbury boss Keith Rowland.
Rowland, best known for his successful playing career at West Ham United, Bournemouth and Queens Park Rangers, first managed in our league at Wingate & Finchley, and indeed was the most successful manager in the clubs history, taking his side to the Premier Division playoffs in 2017.
He became the boss at Aveley in the summer of 2019, but he left the Millers in November 2021 before spending time at Tilbury. He was in charge of the Dockers for only three months before his departure.
