Ryman Under 21 League

The makeup of next season’s Ryman Under 21 League has been confirmed.

Following the success of its inaugural season, the Ryman League confirmed on Thursday that 21 clubs have entered the competition with 10 set to kick off this September in the North Division and 11 in the South Division.

Clubs had until Monday 30 June to be considered for entry into the Ryman’s U21 set-up which is unique in the top levels of Non-League football and was launched last September to give clubs the chance to bridge the gap between their first teams and existing youth set-ups.

The Ryman League's Board of Directors hailed the success of the league-wide initiative to support football development programmes among member clubs after Maidstone United and Enfield Town won last season’s inaugural divisional championships.
